About Your Data

We know that having your precious business-critical data hosted on someone else's servers can be nerve-racking. Although we run database backups every 5 minutes around the clock, and have NEVER lost a single byte of customer data, we understand that you may want to have current copies of your own data at your fingertips just in case.

Data Export

ImagiTix™ allows you to export your data on demand using the IManage Configuration Interface. Just tell the system what data you want to download, and you will be offered the ability to export to a file right on your local machine. For example, you can easily and quickly export all kinds of data for your local use:

• Patron Data
• Membership Data
• Event Data
• Ticket Data

In addition, all ImagiTix™ reports can be exported to a variety of formats, including Microsoft Excel, PDF, rich text (RTF) and others.

Data Import (Data Conversion)

If you are currently using another program to manage your data, you may wish to convert that data into your new ImagiTix™ system and begin using it there. Data conversion services are available during the sign-up process so you don't lose any of your valuable information. If you choose to convert your data, we'll assign a technician to work with you one on one to ensure data integrity and accurate conversion.
